The Track team on Sultana High School (SHS) campus will be starting their season soon in which every Sultan is thrilled for. There will be opponents that will be challenging but we will continue to encourage Sultans on campus to give it there all.

As Sultana’s coaches are preparing for the season there are many different ways that these athletes are getting trained for the upcoming season. Coach Julian Hunt states, “As a coach I take it very seriously so that my athletes have the skill necessary out on the field.”

Every athlete on the team is excited to be starting the season, even Freshman that are going to have a new encounter this year with the season. Freshman, Kaylee Lauretta, said, “I am so excited to have the opportunity to experience my first year of being in the Track and Field team this year.” 

There will be upcoming meets in which every student on campus is invited to come support. The first incoming meet will be on February 21, 2024, which will be exciting for either a Sultan on the team or supporting the Track and Field team.
