Sussex County, DE- A fatal single-vehicle crash in Georgetown has left investigators searching for answers — and reaching out to the public for help after identifying the man who died behind the wheel.
Delaware State Police have identified the victim as Breiner Perez-Perez, 32, of Millsboro. He was killed in the crash, which occurred Sunday morning in Georgetown, Delaware. Authorities have not disclosed the exact location of the incident.
What makes this case unusual is what remains unknown. Investigators with the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit — a specialized team brought in for serious and fatal crashes — have not yet determined what caused the vehicle to leave the road or what series of events led to the fatal outcome.
