I go to the store and everything is 6 feet apart

Everyone’s face is covered,

And hand sanitizer is sold out at Wal-Mart

I wake up in the morning to my alarm saying buzzzz,

Everyday is the same

When will this end?

I guess it’s just a waiting game

The first and last day of quarantine were identical

It felt like there were 8 days in a week like an octopus’s tentacles 

We’ve all grown so much from this pandemic

We’ve all learned so much from this pandemic

We’ve all come out of our comfort zone from this pandemic

And we’ve all shown what we’re capable of from this pandemic
